Really great team there who can handle all size & type of gigs with a smile on their face. One of the goto places for me . Equally helpful when the budget is small as when its big . They have stepped up to the last minute lighting plate enough times for me to keep them on speed dial . It's worth you doing the same .

Where can I begin with how fantastic this team is?!I hired sound set up and sound engineer for a student showcase I was holding on the 9th October 2021.This was my first ever show to organise and run and was in need of helpful, honest and reliable assistance at times.Terry was fantastic and met up in the venue to gain a full understanding for our needs and requirements.Nothing was ever too much bother and was a pleasure to work with.We then had the brilliant Jonathan on the day of our event. He set up the sound without any assistance and knew straight away what we'd need. A very experienced chap!Again, nothing was ever too much bother and he worked amazingly with me - seems as most of our show had to be somewhat figured out as it proceeded (I was unable to run a dress rehearsal).So we had a very quick sound check before the show and off we went!There was minimal/no hiccups and the sound was top quality!Jonathan was able to work quickly on his feet and mixed our sound expertly.What was even better - was that the whole show had also been audio recorded through their system (which I didn't know until the show had finished) and was a brilliant surprise!Thank you so much to Upstage (Terry & Jonathan especially) for helping our event be an amazing success. Avoid. Didn't supply power cables for speakers. Rude, defensive staff member gave no apology, and suggested it was my fault his company hadn't delivered the gear on the hire mandate. 1 star for finally delivering these cables several hours late, after leaving us waiting for them and not ringing us back as promised. Will not be using them again.

Excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful. Used them loads of times for small and big dance shows in Leicester and never had any problems.

Upstage, so many events always professional and attentive to the needs of both the venue and the artists.Upstage have provided structures for us for events attended by 10's 100's and 1000's.thanks for all the help and see you for the next one.
