Hi I would like to make a complaint about Sophie Gordon who is a lettings consultant. I just had a viewing with her and she did not come for the viewing. I had emailed her I was on my way to the viewing as I was running 5 minutes late due to the delayed trains. Sophie failed to provide the right contact number for me to reach her on and therefore wasted 1hr and 20 minutes of my time which I had taken to travel to the viewing. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and I highly recommend you to train your staff on how to communicate better with clients.

Overall, we had a good experience with Coopers Uxbridge Estate Agents. Throughout the process of selling our house we met Ryan, Greg and Kayleigh. The whole team are friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. The house sold in about two weeks, the fee is very competitive and fair. When we had some difficulties while waiting for the exchange, Kayleigh did her best to keep the whole chain together and we are now completed and moved on. Coopers are, by some distance, the most professional estate agent I have dealt with.
