Useless chancers. Left a 2 piece suit with them in a suit bag, on return of the suit (a Friday) there is no bag. When I ask the driver about it, I'm told he'll get it back to me. This has not happened. I tried to call them on Monday but could only leave a message. I've now (unsuccessfully) been looking around town to buy a new bag before driving down for my sister's wedding. I have been seriously inconvenienced by this, and have now found a new dry cleaner to do business with.

They collected my 3 curtains, made the length alterations I asked for, delivered them back to me, and even cleaned and pressed them! Very friendly and professional. Amazing service.I would definitely recommend DryGreen!

Very sad to be writing a bad review for this service, but after several attempts to resolve the issue privately I'm afraid that I have been left utterly disappointed by Dry Green.We have used them previously with few issues (apart from rarely collecting at the requested time) but on this occasion we had two pillows delivered back to us damp to the touch and dotted all over with mould/mildew.We immediately emailed and left messages with the company requesting that they re-clean the pillows, but that was almost three weeks ago and we are still stuck with the mouldy pillows. A representative contacted us on email to explain they'd been ill and could collect that same day, but when we explained that wasn't convenient and offered an alternative date, we heard nothing further.It has now been over a week and again, no contact. Pillows are likely now going to be binned as it's been so long and I expect they are filled with mould inside as well as out, leaving us out of pocket and out of patience.

I have used DryGreen for many years and have found them to be a professional, reliable and very friendly service. I would recommend them for their speed of pick up, delivery and the presentation of beautifully, laundered clothes. Their costs are reasonable and well within my budgetI would never use anyone else!

I was anxious about handing over my wedding dress however I could not be happier with the results. My dress was heavily stained with mud from our winter wedding and it now looks brand new! The team are extremely responsive and contacted me immediately when I chased delivery. I can see my dress has been handled with care and I will be shouting out about how good the service was overall :)

Just got my quilt back from a cleaning and super impressed !! Can't believe what a good service for such a reasonable price - will definitely recommend and will be using again !

Matt was really friendly and helpful. I was sceptical as my wedding dress was really filthy and I honestly didn't know how they would get it clean. It has come back as good as new! I can't recommend this company enough, I will definitely be using them again

I am not one for leaving reviews but I could not recommend Dry Green more. I have used them on more than one occasion and the service is excellent. Most recently I got a brand new pink coat stuck in a taxi door and got black grease all over the bottom. I contacted a specialist stain removal dry cleaners as I assumed it would need a lot of work who told me they couldn't help me essentially and it wouldn't come out. I decided to see if dry green could help and they have removed the entire stain you would have no idea it had been damaged. Could not recommend the Dry green team enough.
