The service here is exceptional. I’ve had aesthetic treatments before, but I wish I’d had them all at this place. Not only does Katie take the time listen to what your goals are, she also takes the time to educate you on the misconceptions of what treatments are able to achieve. I went already happy with the shape of my lips, but just wanting them to be fuller, Katie listened and worked with me to get the best result for my face. I can’t recommend her enough, she is so gentle and talks you through each and every step and makes sure you are feeling comfortable and safe throughout. A five star service!

Best piercing I’ve ever had. I was really nervous about getting my tragus pierced, but Katie is so knowledgeable and puts you right at ease. She tells you exactly what she is doing throughout the process. My friend came with me to hold my hand, but I didn’t really need her in end and now she’s gone and booked herself in for piercings next weekend! We were both so impressed by the whole service. Would definitely recommend, and I have already booked for my daughter to get her first piercings at Foxhie in the summer. She can’t wait

I went here to today with my cousin and had a great experience. Both Katie and Matt were very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and at ease straight away, which is so important even for a seasoned piercee like myself. The aftercare advice is so thorough and they made sure you walk away with all the information you could possibly need. I even got a sticker for bravery! The studio is fabulous, as a fox lover myself I couldn’t fault the decor! Thank you both again! I shall definitely be coming back.

Amazing service, welcoming and kind owners who handled my children’s first ear piercing wonderfully. Katie who did the piercing was very professional and put my daughters both at ease. Aftercare and advice has been great so far too. Highly recommend!

First impressions as we walked in the store is how clean it looked and smelt. Instantly met with friendliness and made feel at ease.We were there for a double lobe piercing for a 10 year old and Katie and Matt were fantastic with her. Katie explained everything to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable with the process before it began. It was over in a flash (6 minutes) and the certificate and stickers was a really nice touch.After care was explained thoroughly and we even had a follow up text the next morning to check all was well. I had booked at another well known accessory shop for this piercing originally and after reading reviews I found Foxhie. Best decision I have made I'm so so glad we had it done at Foxhie and if ever in the future more piercings are desired we will only be going there.Thank you Katie and Matt.

Katie and the team were all lovely and really professional. They made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and helped to ease my nerves. I had multiple piercings done, and Katie took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I knew what she was doing as she was doing it. She also explained the aftercare very well and gave me some bits to take home that reiterated everything. Really good service and sure I will be going back in future for more piercings!

From start, to the ongoing after care, you are made to feel valued. Katie has so much knowledge about what she does, this was very reassuring. She did not rush the appointment, you are given time to talk the process through and to pick your own jewellery. I felt very comfortable and safe. The studio is beautiful and clean.I will definitely be going back.
