The Grooming Room

Thank God for Danny! We’ve always struggled with our son and getting his haircut, he wouldn’t ever step foot inside a barbers and if he did he would be screaming, kicking, crying it’s always been so traumatic. Well to our amazement we came into the grooming room for the first time with him for an appointment with Danny and Danny welcomed him and he got straight into the chair and had his haircut without so much as a peep! We couldn’t believe it. Thanks so much Danny we will be customers for life now!

A nice pleasant experience, no rush in getting my hair tamed after 7 months of growth during lockdown. Louise cut my hair with friendly efficiency, my appointment was on time. My head now about 3 kg lighter and I can dump the heavy duty gel used to keep the hair out of my face. Thank you

Decent ish barbers in Harborough. Friendly team, it's obligitaory for them to ask you 30 times where you're going on your holiday (or it was!). You can't grumble at the prices. The standard of hair cutting is ok. Just read the reply from the owner below. To be honest, it comes across as incredibly surly, the 'woe me' business owner's attempt at humour (en vogue though it is) just comes across as passive aggressive. Google Review and other sites are not forums for businesses to enjoy only positive reviews, you have to take the good with the bad and the indifferent. I always try to be constructive and balanced. The Grooming Room is decent, no doubt, and the team friendly....and yes, they ask(ed) about holidays....chill out. The haircuts are ok (yes REALLY).

Lovely experience, nice place, nice price.

Since moving home, I have regularly used the facilities of the Grooming Room I always book an appointment; this barbershop is second to none. Last week for the first time a proper cutthroat razor shave, I have always wanted a proper shave, always nervous having a barbershop shave as I cut easily, however, if you want a proper shave, you won’t be disappointed just ask for Louise, without doubt she’s the very best!

best barbers in harborough! been coming here for 15 years and many more to come. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is lovely, and the cuts are always 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more.

I travel all the way from the East of England to visit what I can only describe as the best male grooming salon in the Midlands. Great beard and hair cut. Lovely staff including Louise (the boss). She certainly knows how to look after you!

Easily best prices in town. In and out in 10 minutes. Danny does a great job.

Came here last month as I was in town for a different purpose but remembered I needed a quick trim in time for an engagement party the same evening.There was quite a significant time to wait on arrival but I can't fault the staff for that as I hadn't booked ahead and it was around lunchtime on a Saturday.Had my haircut by the new gent who has recently joined their team and was most pleased with the result. All the staff are friendly and the service is well priced.
