Brilliant place, staff very friendly and supportive. Excellent guidance on fitness and low sugar diet.The ladies who attend there are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this gym for any lady not wishing to join a mixed gym.

Love this Gym, Salma and the girls who run in are so friendly and help you with all the equipment. It's not like other Gyms,would reccomend it to all ladies out there.

I have only been going a couple of months or so and the help and advice I am getting to help me lose weight is brilliant. Janet and Hannah are so welcoming, helpful, friendly and funny I would recommend anyone of any age to join its the best thing I have done this year
