First visit just over a week ago, I'd been unhappy with my hair but wasn't really sure what it was I wanted. I had a cut by Lindsay? I absolutely love what she's done, she knew exactly what I needed and so happy I will ge returning in a few weeks and can I say thank you for early evening appointments, makes it so easy to book around work.

I came across this salon by accident, however, no regrets. On my first visit to register and receive a tint test, I was welcomed and engaged with well by a friendly member of the team who was only to wiling to talk me through how they (the salon)can meet my needs. I asked if I could have a last minute eye brow shape (not booked) and whilst there were no appointments, one member of staff was willing to attend to me if I waited a few minutes. I immediately booked in for an eye lash tint and eye brow tint and this was accommodated to fit into my busy life. More recently, I called with a last minute request to receive an eye lash tint and eye brow tint, staff accommodated me at short notice. On arrival, I met another friendly member of the team who talked me through what she was doing, made some great suggestions for future treatments and was willing to listen to what I wanted. All in all, I love this salon already. Staff are friendly, treatments are affordable (more so in these difficult times) and they stock my skincare brand. I love it. I do feel if you are looking for a great salon, this is the place for you.

Had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted by Leanne, my first time so was a little nervous. Leanne put me at ease straight away and patiently explained the whole process. I was so pleased with the results. Fantastic service; I'll be back.

My best friend has been going here for at least 11 years , and her eyebrows always look amazing. I booked in over the phone (which was nice & easy) for a half a leg wax with charlotte. On arrival I was greeted straightaway and taken to start the appointment. Charlotte was lovely, chatty and made my first experience getting my legs waxed go quicker. Everyone seemed friendly, the place was nice and clean and the treatment rooms were relaxing. Perfect pricestoo . Thank you :)

I want to thank the staff for making time for me to have a walk in appointment for gel nails on Friday afternoon.Charlotte did a fantastic job of my nails and was very friendly. Made me feel very calm after rushing about last minute.I highly recommend this salon for other beauty treatments too, such as the spray tan.

If you like a clean salon......AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!The upstairs of this place looks like they are running a sweatshop and never been cleaned in a decade.Only way I could add this review is adding a star. If I had the option to, I wouldn't give a star.

Had a fantastic experience here. Staff were very friendly and offered great advice in regards to my haircut and treatment, which left me with luscious soft hair and also a full manicure. Will be booking again very soon. Thank you Lindsey.

I have been having my hair cut here for years, in the last 12 months Sally has taken my hair from purple box colour to the most beautiful blonde, and i still love it! She is amazing! The salon team are always friendly. The products smell delicious and are excellently priced.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because what happened today was awful.I had booked a appointment for my hair and nails which costed £65. My hair was ok not really worth the price but the nails were horrible. the stylist named Sophie did such a horrible job the nails were not done right at all. I showed the stylist what I wanted done but she said she didn't have time to do it? Like hello I am paying you and you can't do a little bit of extra work. some paint was missing of my nails, and my nails have tiny bumps in them. when I pointed it out she just brushed it off and also my hair was 2 different lengths. Overall a horrible experience never go to this salon.
