Absolutely APPALLING Customer Service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have been waiting over a year for faulty parts to be ordered under warranty and then when I got tired of waiting and asked for a quote to just buy the product and PAY OUT OF POCKET to have the window fixed/replaced they have still not given me the quote. They are incompetent, the windows are bad quality (window handles failed after 6 months) and so I would do yourself a favour and give someone else your business.

Just had a window fitted by Castlegate ,from start to finish the experience has been fantastic ,the customer service,efficiency ,friendliness and the timings were impeccable , the understanding of my needs ,the efficiency and speed of the quotes and follow up measuring etc.were all done when they said they would be done,the installation was done earlier than quoted which was great ,and the standard of the installation was A1 , didn't even have to do any clearing up when it was finished , and was shown everything that had been done , this is the best experience I have had from any window company and probably any company I have had reason to deal with , I will be using again and can recommend to anyone,Geoff

A few years on after enduring an obviously incompetent installer, the windows are falling out, cheap silicone peeling off the walls and cracked masonry found covered with decorators caulk. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.
