Lovely people. Our cat was so well looked after and very reasonable rates. Shall definitely use their services again

Friendly staff right from the moment we arrived. There is a lovely atmosphere as soon as get out of your car and it is clear that the cats are very well cared for. Fantastic facilities too.

We have three cats that we needed to board for 8 days. We were a bit worried about leaving them but we needn't have. One of our cats, Maurice had a wound on his neck before going to Hayley. When we picked him and the other cats up Hayley told us that she had bathed it each day and because he kept licking it (which he was doing at home beforehand too) she mde him a little bandana to keep it covered. It was so much better. I'm really impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and care. Hayley knew all of the cats personalities, she described them to us proving that she and her staff had got to know them all properly. She allowed us to go with her girls to get the cats from their pens, no hiding anything like some places do. Soo impressed and relieved that I know they were all looked after well. I will definitely be happy to use Cats Motel again.

We love this place which gives us such a peace of mind when we are away to know our beloved Kiedi is in such great hands. The facilities are comfy and warm for her at this time of year and she is so relaxed when we come to pick her up. We also have the added bonus of emails to reassure us about her wellbeing. All in all the Cats Motel is a brilliant place with caring thoughtful staff and we would recommend it to anyone looking to place their cat. Pat & Elaine

My cat has several regular visits to the cat motel each year, usually between 4 & 6. He is always happy to stay there.All of the penns have the cats own outside area aswell as their own indoor area. It's always immaculately clean and superbly well organised.My mind is always at rest when my cat visits.I thoroughly recommend the cat motel.The staff are welcoming and cheerful.

We regularly leave our cat, Daisy, at the Cats Motel when we are away and the care she receives is outstanding. They are happy to accommodate her special diet and need for cuddles, they took extra special care of her on her first few visits on her own after her brother, Toby, died and, when Toby was alive, they were happy to give him his medication and insulin injections twice a day. Amazing service and they all really care about the 'customers', unlike some catteries who we have had to use elsewhere in the country in the past, who only seemed to care about taking the fees. I would not hesitate to recommend Cats Motel to anyone.

Cattery is clean, well thought-out and roomy. The surrounding gardens are bestiful.Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly cat lovers. I had no worries about her welfare or safety. Bella came home non the worse for her adventure and quickly settled back into home.life. We will definitely be happy to use the Cat's Motel again ..
