Very pleased with what my step daughter come out and told us.

Lost checked-In luggage - it has been 5 days and counting, and can’t get hold of anyone at TUI. Number given goes to automated voicemail saying that due to covid they have had to streamline staff so you can only speak to someone on live chat. When you go to the website, no one is available on live chat.When I’ve emailed to complain about a separate matter, all emails I have given has bounced back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER
