First things first, the windows are goodHowever, service is appalling: the lead-time is very long (overran to about 20 weeks with little dialogue) and I still haven't received FENSA certificates after six months of badgeringBad way to run a business

Would highly recommend Elite Sash Windows. They did an absolutely amazing job at restoring all of our original sash victorian windows and installing a new hard wood front door. They were hugely professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the highest quality and standard of work. We couldn't be happier with the finish, and its completely transformed our house! Sash Window Services have been excellent and I cannot thank them enough for the professional job they did with draught proofing our bay windows. The father & son team works really well, they were always punctual and arrived for all appointments at exactly the time given to us. What was even more impressive was the 2 guys who came to do the actual work were so careful in covering all our living room furniture and leaving the place spotless after them that I couldn't even tell someone had been in to do any work in the house.Strongly recommend them..very professional, polite and well priced!

Very good contact from the first phone call.we replaced 4 sash windows keeping the old boxes as they were in good state.We are very happy with the new ones and everyone visiting us is impressed by the windows.
