Ordered online and then phoned to confirm order was placed as I didn't realise that it was during shop closed hours. The chap I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, even though it was out of hours. He emailed tracking, again very polite and helpful, and the guitar arrived very well packed. This was my first experience of Frets Guitars, and I have to say it was an extremely good one. I bought a 5 year old Telecaster Professional, the guitar is in absolutely mint condition. This was an online purchase, and being able to talk at length to Neal about the guitar beforehand was very reassuring. He actually took 2 of my calls out of hours, who does that these days !!Anyway, as others have said, the guitar was described very accurately, the service from Frets was first class, the guitar was extremely well packed, and it arrived as promised the next day with tracked delivery.Would I use them again - definitely !!Would I recommend them to friends - absolutely !!Any room for improvement - no !!A first class company. Buy with confidence.

Very happy with my purchase it wasnt expensive probably cheapest guitar in the shop but noticed a slight problem that worried me and neal responded immediately and called me straight back to the shop the problem was solved and i was lucky enough to get a few little freebies cant reccomend him enough and i wont go anywhere else now

Bought a used 1988 PRS Custom 24 from Neal, service was first class from start to finish. Guitar was described as 3/5 condition, but I think that was an injustice to the guitar and Neal. Apart from a couple of small marks around the binding area that had been pointed out in a video Neal put together for me, and a little fret wear that you would expect from any 30+ year old guitar that’s been played, the guitar is really in remarkable original condition. 4.5/5 would have been more fair! Shows how honest these guys are though, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another guitar from them. Delighted to have added this PRS to my arsenal. Thanks Frets Guitar Centre!

Truly outstanding service from Neal at Frets Guitar Centre. I originally enquired by email about a possible part exchange and received a phone call back from Neal the same morning. He was incredibly helpful and straight forward to deal with. He explained everything, kept me informed at every stage and arranged the delivery of my new guitar to fit around my availability and also the carriage of my p/x to go back, it really couldn't have been easier or more convenient.The packing was the best I've seen, my guitar came in a box inside another box, which is pretty rare, and I thought he also gave me an excellent deal, so I'm more than happy and would certainly buy from him again.
