NO-ONE TAKE LUFTHANSA PLEASE!!! NO-ONE!!!! You want to know why? I will tell you. The service was terrible. I don't want to have to go through madness like this again... after I had one of the worst indian meals and a sandwich that tasted like this:Someone had taken bread that had been out-of-date for 40 years, put the most disgusting greens inside it, Squished it up with their sweaty hands and then left it outside in Hot sunshine for a year. Then, loaded it in for us to eat. I felt that terrified that I was never going for Lufthansa again. I almost died because of that sandwich.

Worst ever customer services! 3 changes to my flights already!!! Customer support are helpless along with website - they both give you a customer relations email address that auto replies with a feedback Id and that's it, no more responses after that - regardless of relentlessly calling customer support as they simply ask you to wait for weeks and weeks and weeks so you end up in a very bad and disappointing loop!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Currently perusing a court case as mis sold a flight and given wrong information by several agents.Long story shortWas told that a pet could be transported from x country to x country on the flight I was booking, this was the sole reason for the flight, went through things in detail with the agent, i double checked everything to do with the pet and was told all allowed etc. I had to book my flight first though and then register my pet but they told me all was ok.Flight was booked then I was told that actually pet isn't allowed into x country (!!!!) after they'd taken my money of course.Literally spent 10 hours over the last 3 days speaking to the airline. (Agents don't make notes and don't like giving their id numbers)The call centre staff are all like robots, they don't understand english very well, they don't listen and don't help at all, not a human bone in their body.It's genuinely been the most stressful experience I've ever had in my lifetime with a company.Interestingly..I rang up not giving my name and went to book the same flight with an agent and was told the pet was allowed, and I got her to confirm this several times.Then told by another agent on a further call it's actually not allowed.They just want your money.That's my experience anyway, nothing could ever make me want to use this airline ever again.Genuinely in the process of taking this company to court.

On December 16, 2022, my flight was cancelled (LH915) from London to Frankfurt. Lufthansa cancelled it just a little before the flight was to take off. Then, I was told I needed to wait in line to be reticketed. After hours of waiting, I was removed from the line and told that none of the hundreds of travellers would be reticketed that day. Then I was put in a line to get a hotel at the airport. I went to the hotel believing that Lufthansa would rebook me on another flight leaving the next day. I learned later that night that they never attempted to. Then, my travel agent tried to work with Lufthansa to rebook me. After hours of waiting on the phone, they finally talked to a representative and Lufthansa agreed to rebook me on an Emirates flight the next day. Hours passed, but Lufthansa NEVER booked that flight. On the next day, seeing that I still had no flight, I went to the airport to speak with one of Lufthansa’s representatives. After hours of waiting, I was told that I had been rebooked on a Singapore Airlines flight the next day. I got a hotel for a second night and went back to the airport the following morning to check in. Singapore Airlines said that a ticket was NEVER booked. So I still didn’t have a flight. I then waited for hours on standby for several flights before getting on one that would take me home.To make matters worse, I had upgraded seats for all four of my flights that were paid for on this itinerary. Although Lufthansa took the money, they didn’t provide the seats to me. I just got regular seats. Even on my itinerary to London (from Singapore) on December 10, 2022, I only got my upgraded seat on one leg (the first flight was delayed and I missed my connection). Lufthansa never gave me an upgraded seat when I was rebooked. So, they took the money for four upgraded seats, but only gave me one upgraded seat.Everything Lufthansa did was horrible. They don’t have any respect for their customers. They knew that my flight was cancelled, but did absolutely nothing to rebook me. Lufthansa also knew that they didn’t honour my upgraded seats, but did nothing to either refund me or to make sure I got upgraded seats on my rebooked flights. Without question, Lufthansa is the worst airline I’ve flown, and the most unethical.

I went here to rebook my flight and found the staff very friendly and helpful.I had to make a 2 hour journey to get here because no one answers the phone at Lufthansa, but that's not the fault of the team here, who were great x.

Lufthansa are liars.They canceled my outgoing flight. I called them on the day and they said they would refund me for my out going and return flights……Two months, several calls and forms later. They refunded me for one of the flights. Despite their staff telling me on their recorded calls that I will receive a refund for both flights.4 months later. I’m still calling and still filling out contact forms. And it’s gets me no where.They said multiple times I would be refunded for both flights, and they haven’t done so.So they are indeed unreliable, and liars.
