I buy regularly from local paint and trade depots and today I met a young lady who needs a course on customer interaction. Has to be one of the rudest people I've ever met. No Good Morning" or "Thank-you". Is that it I asked when picking up my pre ordered item. "Yes that it." Well thank you so much. So sorry I troubled you."

Had to replace a siphon unit. Staff were really friendly and expertly knowledgeable. In and out faster than McDonalds drive throu( but then again iv come to believe mcdonalds have to kill the cow in the kitchen with a rolling pin. Only explanation for the amount of time it takes) all in a very good experience. My new goto place

I had ordered a fan online and went to collect in store. The signs were above the tills to click and collect " directly in front as you walk in. I waited 20 minutes whilst waiting to be served then was informed I could have used the machine behind me which I hadn't seen. No problem

Helpful staff onsite. Not my normal store I go too but as I was in the area I popped in for a few items. Good service, wasn't able to get what I wanted but the staff was so helpful trying to find it in other stores.

Good quick service and fair priced items. However, screwfix should bring down the £50 minimum order tickets get free delivery e .g.To £30 which will generate more revenue and would be better for us in the trade.

A very comprehensively stocked retail outlet. Suitable for the DIY and professional trades person alike. Very friendly and helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.Click and Collect as well as counter service is available.A highly recommended retail store for every one. I use Screwfix regularly. They have branches nationally.
