Needed to send my RIF away to be fixed. The email replies were quick and I was soon put in contact with Technician Earl J. He was very transparent with what the issue was and gave a clear solution. the pricing was very reasonable and was willing to open it all up again once he had finished to install a trigger modification I asked about. He was extremely pleasant and did not make me feel bad about the things I had done wrong to my own RIF at all. openly answered all questions I had and gave good advice to help me maintain my AEG.I have a few things in mind for the future and I will definetly be looking for Earls skill set again. Overall outstanding service.

Great service happy to buy again.Had a sale on a vorsk pistol was a steal works great and comes with loads of extras.Got a TM PSG1 EBB works great! Very reasonably priced, swift delivery, quick response to emails only gripe was having to email Defcon to see if dispatched as was not informed it was on its way with an expected delivery between 10.15 & 14.15. email informing me of delivery and tracking number received at 11.32. Fortunately was able to get home in time Administration error???????? Just food for thought otherwise would have been 5 stars. I also checked spam/junk before contacting about delivery information

I thought I'd experienced great customer service before shopping with Defcon Airsoft, but only after dealing with their knowledgeable and diligent team did I realise every other company was doing it wrong. Defcon Airsoft are committed, thorough and efficient, responding to emails within hours, relaying product knowledge and offering an incredible range of products (including a pair of silver pistols belonging to a famous bald assassin with an odd taste in tattoos!) with no fuss. Website is easy to navigate, multiple payment options to suit every budget and staff that are so professional they are willing to deal with mildly obsessive emails at 1am asking about stock!Great websiteand even better staff, I will be using Defcon Airsoft as my go-to supplier for all things airsoft!

So, spotted a good Black Friday sale deal at Defcon.I place my order on that Friday; on Monday I'm signing with UPS for receipt of a Marui AK102, which arrives properly packed, in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. (And it's just what I hoped it would be, too, but that's a different - if still happy - story)Helpful, friendly, prompt and effective - excellent outcome.

Highly recommend Earl as an Airsoft TechnicianHad been sold a faulty Bolt RIF from my local site and was led to believe the issues were caused by me... Earl kindly took a look into this for me and got to the bottom of the problems and identified the root cause which wasn't a result of my actions - Earl repaired the RIF and upgraded a few parts to improve performance, shipped back to me and was kept informed 100% throughout the repair.Couldn't recommend Earl enough as a highly knowledgeable and very importantly, trustworthy airsoft technician. 5*
