Bought some gieb supra 6.5” curved, Blue breeze 48T blender and gieb entree blue Titan 8” curves plus ordered some Gieb Crab straights. Every time I order scissors from here I get great customer service and great information so what’s not to like?!

I was recommended to buy my grooming scissors from the scissor boutique, so i bought 2 pairs. They're very nice scissors however they both arrived scratched. Not just tiny little marks either, there was a large patch on 1 of them! I emailed to inform the company and they said they will do anything to make it right, and offered a full refund. But as my previous scissors were no longer in good working order I couldn't really wait to send them back and await new ones. So I asked for just some discount for the damaged goods. They declined and said all they will do is refund as the scratches were normal! For the price you pay, they shouldn't be scratched...not as much as they were anyway! Pretty disappointed.

Bought my first set of dog grooming scissors from here at the BIGA show. The lady was very knowledgabl and helpful in finding me the right scissors within my price range. The gentleman showed me the correct way to oil my scissors and ouled the whole set for me and advised me on how to clean and how frequently to oil them. They were very friendly and helpful.
