Convenient location.Staff, very helpful (Karen). Rooms, a bit tired but spotless.Shame no soundproofing between rooms....you can hear EVERYTHING! And I don't mean traffic

Stay was probably the best I have had in this kind type of hotel , The receptionist Debbie makes an excellent first impression , she was friendly helpful and efficient and greeted me with a smile that appeared to be there every time I saw her, the manager Phil was of a similar disposition and I genuinely believe that larger and more expensive hotel chains could learn a lot from this manager and his team. I would also like to say thank you to the unseen members of staff , the rooms, corridors and reception area were spotless , cleaned quickly , quietly by staff members I never saw or heard

Can not sat enough about the staff and tbh the hotel has improved loads since phil has taken over. Need little improvements but phil is getting it sorted. Always a pleasure to stop here. And always look forward to coming back.

Last minute booking due to work. Great location, good parking, clean room and friendly staff, particularly Debbie on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Greeted with a warm friendly smile by the Receptionist Debbie nothing was too much trouble for her . Wanted to ensure I have everything I need for a good stay. A true professional

Absolutely awful experience as soon as I arrived! A lady came running out to me saying I couldn't park my truck in the car park, which was half empty and was still half empty when I left in the morning at 7am! I had to park in the lorry park, which I wasn't driving a lorry! I then was made to pay a damage charge fee! Then I went into the room which was okay until I went into the bathroom, the toilet seat was up with urine still in the toilet, the bathroom tiles were all bulging out of the wall and the shower was almost hanging off the wall! No toilet roll holder or toilet roll, Obviously it had been broken and never replaced... Never will I ever stay there again! And have let my company know to never book that hotel again!!!

I arrived late and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception after a miserable day. The rooms was great for what I needed but the area under the beds needs a good vacuum. I would stay here again. Thank you!

For all it is located on the motorway services it is a great little hotel. Always clean and friendly. Well located for surrounding attractions or a night stop when travelling. No food at the hotel but with the motorway services next door there is always something available.

We booked in here last minute for work as we had ran out of driving hours.We walked into a lovely warm greeting from Debbie at reception, who made sure everything was in order for our short notice stay. She could not be more helpful!The rooms are basic but clean, and everything functioned as it should - the shower was my highlight, I always appreciate a high pressure morning wake up.Will try and use this Days Inn in future for sure!
