Anaemic and greasy, undercooked fries. It's a staple of what you offer to the point where people don't need to do anything cooking them. Clearly no quality control at this place, it's not hard. Waste of money. Had drive through and didn't notice until home otherwise would have thrown them back and got a refund

Awful service at the drive through.Rude & abrupt person taking my order.Then at the window giving us our food didn't say anything handed food over & closed window until I knocked the window and asked if that was all our order !

Long wait, ice cream machine working. Forgot my sauce and napkin. But good service and friendly staff. They seem very busy, please be patient with your catering staff this season. Merry xmas

I'm writing this review after 3 consecutive bad experiences staff are unattentive orderes on more than 5 separate occasions have been completely wrong or had items missing wait times have been rediculously long and food has arrived stone cold on several occasions avoid at all costs

The worst drive through experience ever! Waited 18 minutes for food -“go park in the car park”. There were no spaces - cars just stopped everywhere. So poorly laid out that once in there you can’t get out without doing a 3 point turn. Food looked as if it had just been rushed and it was cold when I got home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I just had my other from mcdonalds and I am so annoyed and feed up of people not being able to do their jobs correctly I have worked in hospitality all my life so please don't use that excuse. On my order I had a dou le quartet pounder with cheese and left a note for ncheese no mustard and no onions ad my daughter is dairy Intoletante they put a sticker on the box correctly but yes it came with cheese which meant she couldn't eat it so I just wasted my money and she was not happy

Apparently incapable of getting an order right. Slow service which has been further slowed as they adjust to their dual lane drive thru. I was particularly annoyed to be charged for and served a meat product when I specifically asked for an egg muffin. I am going to actively avoid this joke of a restaurant and would encourage others to do the same.

Had such an expectation for newly opened McDonalds, we got all of our burgers cold, most of them with burned meat and bread, and plane double cheeseburger that my son accidentally ordered with one slice of meat we received with 2 slices of cheese and 0 meat. Service was slow, but we could see stuff standing and chatting while chips were burning. Had to begg for a paper bag, which I previously paid for, and a bunch of other customers coming to complain about their food. Sorry guys, you lost me.

Always excellent. Lovely McFlurry flavours. Best fries of all the competition. Esp when they come out crispy and hot. Big tasty is the best burger ever conceived by man. Big Mac is a close second. Double cheeseburger is the staple.
