We use gas jack exclusively for gas, plumbing and now construction. It's a company that runs on a solid reputation and it's well deserved. These folks are well organized, knowledgeable and fiercely proactive. They are also working with excellent systems for customer communication as the quotes, calendar bookings, payments and receipts are modern, no-nonsense and crystal clear which is unusual for local tradesmen. Nice work dragging Plymouth into the 21st century! This is a company on the up & up.

Great service from start to finish.Ive used GasJack for the last 6 years. The service are always the same from Jack, Maria, Sam and Lee. Great!!!!! Always polite, very professional, clean, tidy and they have a great eye for detail.You don’t need any other plumbers number when you have GasJacks.

A Gasjack engineer attending my property to service my boiler and move a radiator. The engineer was brilliant, he completed the work quickly and with no fuss. He left my property clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Recently had my kitchen and boiler replaced by GasJack and they were fantastic from start to finish. The project was run brilliantly throughout and everything was communicated really well with any little challenges along the way sorted promptly. The guys brought in to do the work were great too. High quality work from all of them and all were very friendly and professional while working in my home which was important. Would definitely recommend using GasJack in future.

Today I'm writing this well deserved review as a customer and not an employee of Gasjack.I'm due to go on holiday this week for the first time in a very long time!Having come into the kitchen on Monday to find water pouring from my boiler, experience told me my boiler was beyond repair. This wasn't what I needed to see!I spoke with Jack and without hesitation, I was booked the following day where our engineer Sam and our apprentice Josh installed my new boiler without any hesitation or issues.It's great to be on the other side seeing how our team operate and the service they deliver, so a BIG thank you from me to my amazing team!

Had an excellent experience using Gasjack for my bathroom refit. Communication was always polite, professional and timely. Always turned up for appointments when they said they would or called in good time to say if an emergency had cropped up. The team that came to do the work were all very hard working and excellent at their trades. Were really careful and caring of my property whilst doing their job and were very clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

We have just had Gasjack to repair a leaking pipe in our bathroom which involved removing the shower and some tiles. The team were excellent, efficient and professional. The replaced our old floorboards and installed a new shower. The tiling looks amazing and you would never know that some had been removed. Special thanks to Jack, Andre, Sam and Josh. In all, we are very pleased with the work done and would recommend their work to others.

Excellent service from Jack and his team. Polite, friendly and very professional. Nothing but praise after a member of Jacks team came out to fix a leak in our bathroom, which was coming through the ceiling and downstairs light. The problem was fixed quickly with no issues. Will definitely use again, and recommend Jack to everyone!
