Park Lane Blinds

I recently renovated my kitchen and dinning room. I bought my kitchen blinds online from a made to measure company and fitted them myself. I was anxious about doing this for my bay window blinds in the dining room as it would be an expensive mistake if I didn't line up the three separate blinds for the bay window properly. So I popped into Park Lane Blinds, my local blind shop. I wanted double roller blinds and I was able to select exactly the same fabrics from Park Lane Blinds as I had picked out from the online retailer. My bay window blinds look FANTASTIC. As you can see from the photo, the outer blind is grey and the inner blind is sheer white. It was actually cheaper to have Park Lane blinds come to my house twice to measure and fit the blinds than it would have been to buy them online and measure and fit them myself. I wish I had gone to Park Lane Blinds earlier. No more online blinds for me. It's a mistake to think that online blinds are cheaper or offer a bigger selection.

I am a regular user of Park lane blinds especially when I am changing blinds without the extra expense of getting the complete set. Replace vertical slacks, chains, weights. Replacement are done very quickly and the price is very affordable. The staff are pleasant and friendly and I will not be going anywhere else for my blinds. 5stars from me. Top quality in every way.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!We Had Parklane Blinds supply and fit blinds for us. We had just decorated the living room and earlier on in the year we had new bay windows fitted to upstairs and downstairs and this is where we wanted the blinds fitting .A young man came out very polite and measured the windows we paid cash and waited for our blinds to arrive.We had other workman in the house on the same day as the blinds were fitted so basically we left the young fitter unsupervised.The next day I was looking at my new blinds I couldn't believe the shoddy workmanship. As you can see from the photos it is a complete hash. I phoned to complain and manager Raj sent the inexperienced fitter here again to rectify my blinds . They blamed it on my windows and said it was the best they can do, I demanded a full refund which he declined and said the blinds are no good to us. I couldn't believe this outcome as they are based on Earlsdon high Street. The best he could do is knock £200 off the £820 cash we had given them. After the dead-end response to my emails and phone calls with the photos I have posted I had no alternative than to seek legal action.I did get a full refund in the end but I had to pay the legal cost of my representative. The receipt they left here was someone else's. I got in touch with Ball Hill Blinds they were very professional and pointed out another error with this shoddy outfit that safety cleats is a huge legal requirement that Parklane Blinds simply did not bother fitting that can prevent strangulation to small children. We were left with no blinds or curtains over Christmas as this happened the week before the break. I must stipulate that this company was only responsive when they were confronted with legal action. A complete catalogue of errors.

Just recently had some double blinds fitted from here. Very pleased with the fitting, the blinds look great and the owner is a lovely guy, very easy to get on with and provides a high level of customer service. Highly recommended.

We are Very disappointed with their overall service, they were recommended by my daughter as she had her blinds from them. As you can see in photos their shoddy work, also there are no safety clips installed

Over the moon that I chose this blind shop. This is a very professional business. I had two roller blinds fitted for upstairs bedrooms. From start to finish - measuring up with laser tape to complete fitting was so smooth.I will use this business again to fit appropriate blinds in a large kitchen area shortly.
