A & A Walters Funeral Directors

After the passing of my cousin, Alan Ward, I knew the only funeral directors I wanted to handle the funeral were A and A Walters. My family has used their services for many years , and we have always been taken very good care of.Alexis was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral Dave and his team were very caring, professional and patient. The service we recieved at this difficult time really helped us.

From the moment they took my mom from the Nursing Home to the arranging of the funeral Andy and his team showed the up most respect. They were very supportive and compassionate through this difficult time. Myself and my family would totally recommend them. Our mom's funeral went just how we hoped it would and we thank them for that.

I can't thank the people who work at A & A Walters Tipton enough as in my time of need when I had to sort my brothers (Stephen Goody) funeral out. They treated everything with care and respect, listened to what I wanted and did everything possible for me to relieve me of worrying about that side of things, they was more than courteous and professional about it. They didn't rush or push me along with any of the decision until I was ready to, they helped making the decision on what I need to do a lot easier with all the compassion they showed.I would recommend this funeral directors to anyone that might need help and in grief with how they helped me and can't thank them enough for the help they gave me.

My partner Carl and I wanted to use A & A Walters services for Carl's Stepdad Harry. We had previous experience of the company and it was the first place we contacted when we lost Harry. Our point of contact was Karen , what a lovely compassionate lady . So very helpful and empathetic. Karen helped us with everything and explained to us all the little details we needed to know. Our questions were answered with such caring responses. We knew Harry would be taken great care of. On the day A & A Walters staff were very professional and showed such personal care and respect.Thank you all for everything.

My mom has recently passed and A&A Walters (Steven) has been exceptional. The team have helped throughout the whole process of organising her funeral. Steven has been a constant support for myself and my Dad. Always responding to emails or texts no matter the time of day. They allowed us access and as much time as we needed in the Chapel of Rest. On the day of the funeral they were very respectful and it ran smoothly in such a dignified manner.I can’t thank Steven enough for all of the time he spent with my Dad.

I would like to thank Alexis and Phil and all the staff at A&A Walters, who carefully guided us through the process of arranging my father's funeral. They provided valuable support and suggestions in a sympathetic and sensitive manner. Due to their efficiency the day went extremely well resulting in our father receiving a moving beautiful funeral. We can not thank everyone involved enough for all their support and guidance in difficult times.

Nobody wants to plan a funeral, but Walters make it so much easier. As a family we have (unfortunately) had to use them quite a few times in the last few years and they have always been exceptional. We specifically requested Steph for my Dad’s (JP) funeral as we already knew how amazing she was. She was sympathetic, understanding, accommodating, professional, human, and always so efficient. The team on the day were brilliant - always exactly where they needed to be without feeling intrusive. Recommending a funeral director seems an odd choice of words, but if anyone asked for a recommendation then I wouldn’t hesitate !

I had previously used A & A Walters Funeral Directors previously for my Mum (Roberta) in 2010 so when I had to arrange my Dad (Derrick) funeral during September 2023 I already knew where to go to get the best help and service and that was A & A Walters. The whole process from meeting Alexis that first day to the day of my Dads funeral was made easier for my family and myself by Alexis & A & A Walters who couldn't do more for my Dad or for us as a family. The help and support given by Alexis and A & A Walters was outstanding nothing was too much trouble, always there if we needed them. I can't thank Alexis and A & A Walters enough for everything they did for my Dad. The customer service and support from Alexis and A & A Walters was over and above even now Alexis has been in contact to ask if we need any help or support to get in contact with her.

We used A & A Walters for my mom's (Elizabeth Williams)funeral, she had a plan with Golden Charter.We were treated with respect by all members of staff we came in contact with.Steven was a great support all the way through. He was compassionate and professional and put me at ease. Great communication, by phone and email.I wanted a piper to play bagpipes, Steven sorted that out for me too.I would highly recommend A & A Walters for their caring professional service.

As soon as my lovely mom Elizabeth Miles died and I phoned Walter’s late at night ,they provided an outstanding service. Our main point of contact was with Akexis , who couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt with everything so well and sorted everything out for us. The staff on the day of the funeral were fantastic. All of them were so polite and respectful . They did everything without being in the way . They just appeared when needed . The family have always used A&A Walters they are Tipton tradition and long may they continue to be .Thankyou for making a sad and difficult time better
