Time wasters. Use Music Magpie instead. CeX Reading will send you away to clean a fleck of dirt off something or to charge something despite the fact they could easily provide cleaning and charging facilities at the store, they don't specify anything about doing this on their website before bringing in the item either and you can't call ahead to enquire about any of this because they don't offer that either. Shocking business model.

Boyfriend and I building up our collection and one of the games was clearly cracked. Yeah it's only 50p but I've not been able to find this anywhere and I used to play it as a kid so was buzzing to play it. Then we've brought some games in the normal cases and they've put platinum editions in there which are worth less than half the value of the original. So annoying and bloody useless. For a game shop they have no idea how to value items or how to take care of the games as they put stickers on the paper.
