Townhouse Mayfair

I visited the salon yesterday. The only positive I can point out is the calming interior. The technician started filing my old gel and ended up filling the cuticle around two of my nails to the point they were bleeding. My thumb is still very inflamed and feels quite sore. When I looked at my nails in the daylight, I noticed it was applied carelessly on my cuticles. I am not happy with the service I received at all.

Urgently needed a manicure and managed to get an appointment in their Mayfair location. I must say that the girls there were really nice, professional and welcoming in particular Cosmina who did my manicure! Really really happy with it!! Thank you sooooo much!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The check in process is simple and quick, the salon is super clean and beautiful.The vibe in the salon was so calming and relaxing. Clari did my nails and she did such an amazing job she really looked after me, she showed me all the colours and even tried them on my nails so I could make a decision. We had a lovely conversation throughout my whole appointment.I would highly recommend coming to townhouse the whole team is so friendly and helpful.One of the best manicures and experiences I have had. Oh, let me tell you about my enchanting encounter with the lovely Izabella! She was an absolute delight and created the most exquisite experience for my pedicure. I simply can't resist recommending her to all the handsome gentlemen and beautiful ladies out there who yearn for an unforgettable pampering session. Trust me, she'll transport you to a world of pure bliss, where your every desire is fulfilled.

I had an appointment with the highest star reviewed expert, and her nail job ended up not being up to standards at all. The nail polish turned out very rigid and the polar opposite of smooth. It’s to the point where you can see bulges and curves in the polish causing it to look and feel very rough and bumpy. After the appointment was done, there were some other technical issues. It turned out that I was charged twice for my appointment.

Always a top experience at Townhouse! Have been going to this salon for about 6 months now and every time my manicure is perfection all thanks to Belén! Super professional, warm and incredibly skilled. If you’re looking for somewhere to go, look no further! You’ll be in safe (and perfectly manicured) hands ;)

Great service at the townhouse, everyone was lovely and accommodating. The place is clean and sanitary, the interior is very minimal and clean. Isabelle was the nail artist who worked on my nails and she did a superb job, she was friendly and her work is very detailed and she helped me choose a color. Kosmina was also very kind and assisted me throughout my appointment. Will definitely be coming back, my new favorite nail spot.
