From start to finish, I was impressed with the team at Jackson Grundy Weston Favell. I chose Jackson Grundy from their professional presentation and proposed marketing plan. From that moment on Adam executed their professional marketing plan and kept me informed of everything that took place. The property was sold in no time. Tom took over the day to day handling of the sale which was not a particularly smooth process. Tom kept me informed of every matter as they arose, often before the solicitor. Whatever I needed, the team had a solution, from plumber, fence repair, garden maintenance, rubbish removal they were there to find someone who not only turned up when they said they would, but did a great job for a fair price. Sam, he is a young man.. And I was extremely surprised as to the extensive knowledge this young up and coming lad has. Had a few conversations and viewed 2 houses. Each time he impresses me. If he doesn't know.. He will say. Then get back to you. Extremely polite, helpful, honest, respectful. Apsolute credit to Jackson and Grundy. This lad has the right attitude. Tom and Adam were a great team to work with during the sale of our property. Sightly unusual circumstances in the process but this didn't phase the guys at all.Tom was an excellent communicator and even when things went a little astray he was always able to suggest and provide realistic options and solutions.Adam was fantastic and managing the initial marketing with my father who had not sold a property for over 40 years but Adams calm, personable and professional conduct made the whole process really easy.I have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Grundy.
