Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.They fitted a new kitchen for us, so pleased with result and completed to a very high standard.We would highly recommend this company. Family members have also used them and feedback would also highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new bathroom. Quality of workmanship, fittings and materials - excellent. Decent price as well and I do think you'd be very hard pushed to find another company which can do as good a job for the same money.If you're looking for a new bathroom I've absolutely no hesitation in recommending Instyle.

Tradesmen had absolutely no respect for neighbours where work was being done. Rubbish dumped in my garden for 4 days now and refusing to move it for another 3 days. Would never use this company now. (added after response - your response just adds to the complete disrespect your tradesmen show towards neighbours. There were numerous places the tradesmen could dump the waste without annoying anyone. They chose right outside my flat. Disgusting) **Update 23/11/23: So I got a phone call from a Craig Douglas (owner) at Instyle today offering his upmost apology. He did not seem aware of who posted the anonymous response below from his team which was factually not correct and seemed to blame my neighbour (ie. his client) for the trouble. I appreciate the apology but I hope your team can use this to learn some common decency and improve customer service skills going forward.

Instyle finished my shower room just before lockdown. I’ve moved in recently and thought I’d share with everyone the fantastic work. Especially love the feature lighting and wooden panelling. The velum they installed also fits perfectly and gives great lighting. Shout-out to Craig and his team!

have recently renovated a period property that I want to make my forever home and after much research decided to go with Instyle Kitchens & Bathrooms. From the first call explaining what I was looking for as it was pretty bespoke and unique, I was instantly put at ease as they knew exactly what I was looking for. I was given different options and it was hard to decide as they were all beautiful. The fitters were great always turned up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in the time scale promised. They cleared up behind them and the old bathroom fittings were promptly removed from my property. I am so pleased with the bathrooms and just love to show them of to my friends and family. I have now booked them into fit my kitchen as I was so impressed with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend Instyle to friends and family!

This company fitted my bathroom & kitchen, the bathroom wasn't too bad apart from causing a leak & making a whole in the newly plastered kitchen ceiling & then tried to blame my gasman. The kitchen is a different story, after having the keys to my house for nearly 4 weeks when I wen to see the kitchen it was like a building site, the company have been back out 3 times & still a shambles, now refusing to answer any of my emails , the owner phoned & threatened to sue me if I didn't take a comment down that I had put on their fb page. Avoid at all costs, I now have to go down legal route. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

2nd attempt at a review, this time with photos. They ripped out the entire bathroom right back to the brick. This took Connor, Callum and Jack approx 3 days at full pelt. This was a very messy/dusty task but the lads had plenty of dust sheets and took everything downstairs.The spark then arrived and sorted out the wiring requirements so no time waisted in anyone 'hanging about'.All of the plumbing was duly fitted, the room lined off and then it was time for Stuart the tiler to arrive. In the meantime we were always left with a temporary toilet.Stuart was brilliant and, as can be evidenced from the pictures, did a fabulous job. He was a constant addition to the house for 3 days and worked incredibly hard for the duration....even brought his own coffee (however he did accept a few biscuits)Connor and Callum then returned and fitted the radiators, sink, all the taps and the shower.The final touch was to seal everything off with sealant and after 8 full days, ta dah.Utterly delighted with the efforts of everyone. The staff in the office were prompt in response to any queries and the guys were all diligent, always polite, incredibly tidy and ultimately completed everything to a very high standard.The fact that all trades are available is a significant plus and no time is wasted waiting on another trade arriving.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We had our new bathroom fitted last week by the team from Instyle Paisley. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.The installation and tiling guys were great and the work was carried out to a high standard.As with every large job like a new bathroom we encountered a few things that needed to be altered due to where pipes etc were. The couple of changes required were explained to us and resolved to our satisfaction.We had two very minor issues after the team left, a small leak under wash hand basin and a couple of marks on one bit of grout on the floor.I called the showroom on Monday, was given an email address to contact with details. I emailed at 1pm, got a reply 5 minutes later to say someone would be in touch asap. 10 minutes later I got a call to say someone would be there within the hour. Guys turned up and very quickly resolved the 2 minor issues. That’s what I call service.We would highly recommend Instyle Paisley.
