Hyde Park Rose Garden
Situated inside Hyde Park, the Rose Garden is a must see attraction during summer. If you love flowers, floral smell and the sound of wildlife like birds, then this is the perfect place, unlike the words might suggest, the Rose Garden is home to variety of flowers. As mentioned before an intense floral smellhits you as walk around the garden, perfect to take your kids, family, partners or anyone really for a picnic or a really relaxing day out to escape the concrete jungle that is London. If you’re afraid of bees you may want to skip this place as there are plenty of them flying around the flowers sometimes you see butterflies such as the Red Admiral. You see the occasional Red Ringed Parakeet, this place is teeming with life such as squirrels and pigeons.Has couple of benches near the Diana Huntress statue and the Boy and Dolphin Statue if your legs are tired from walking.

Hyde Park Rose Garden
A great place to chill after lunch. The roses weren't in full bloom owing to my visit being in winter. However, it's a great place to chill after getting ones lunch. There's a winter park of some sort right next to the rose garden.

Hyde Park Rose Garden
One of my absolute favorite parts of London. The flowers and trails are perfectly manicured, and it’s a lovely place to come for a leisurely stroll. Definitely worth a quick visit if you’re already going to be in the Hyde Park area.

The most amazing park I have ever seen in my lifetime. The main reason is that Princess Diana was here RIP.

Hyde Park Rose Garden
The Rose Garden is situated on the Serpentine Road and can be accessed immediately from Hyde Park Corner. One might be approaching via underground or enjoy a quite pleasant walk along Constitution Hill. It might be a good idea to connect a walk through Green park following that road and advancing through Wellington Arch, pass the Australian War Memorial and the Statue of the Duke of Wellington. After crossing safely the busy road and continuing straight ahead the gates of the lively garden will be easily seen from the distance. At first glance the area may seem quite simple defined by the round space with one of the fountains in the middle. The Boy and Dolphin fountain represents in a way a playful moment of one’s destiny, a reminder of happy days or recall of moments missed in this life…And then everything begins to take a different definition. The rose plants are mixed with herbaceous planting and this creates a space of rich flower beds. After a visual immersion in tender rose colours, one is captured by a vivid and intensely saturated scent that could be compared to an expensive and precious perfume. Some of the flower beds apparently are designed in a way that represents emerging music notes. Fountains, statues and a pergola, everything suggests an unexpected beauty within a close vicinity of the busy Hyde Park Corner. For rose lovers, there are certainly other places where those can be admired. Some of the most prominent are Queen Mary’s Garden, Regent’s Park, The roses in Holland Park, those at Ranger’s House, Greenwich and the Rose Garden, Hampton Court Palace and Rose Garden at Morden Hall Park.

Hyde Park Rose Garden
Visiting Hyde Park's rose garden in the heart of London on a sun-drenched day was a truly uplifting experience. As I strolled along the winding paths, the vibrant blooms greeted me with a riot of colors and an intoxicating fragrance. The contrast of nature's splendor against the bustling cityscape just beyond the park's borders was a reminder of the restorative power of green spaces.

Wow! Such beautifully landscaped gardens. You can easily walk these grounds for hours. We visited in the rain (surprise surprise) and it was still absolutely amazing.

An unusual configuration features roses with seasonal flower bedding, herbaceous plants and clipped yew hedges.A metal pergola and a pleached screen anchoring the southern perimeter with manicured lawn flowing northward towards mature trees: all in exemplary condition. Two late 19th.Century fountains complete a timeless setting that’s distinctive and excessively attractive !
