AVOID!! pedicure was horrible especially considering the price. the guy exfoliated the tops of my feet (something i’ve never had done in other pedicures) so much that i now have scratches and cuts all over my feet. he used what looked like a cheese grater and my toes have dead skin hanging off them now. i won’t post a pic of it because there are some weirdos out there, but the toes are NOT looking good. to paint a picture: short jagged toe nails, polish on the skin around them, fresh scabs of skin. no ankle or leg massage included. the worker next to us was on facetime with the volume all the way up and a baby screaming for the last half of the appointment. my feet currently hurt to the touch and i am slathering neosporin on them in attempt to prevent infection. also, they do not accept credit card.

Had my nails done somewhere else in Sheffield and it wasn’t a very good job.I came home and needed to do something as I was going on holiday. Not happy with the thickness of my new nails and the colour was awful. Not what I asked for or wantedSo I have Koko a call and explained my situation. I managed to get in for an appointment 2 hours before I was leaving for the airport!The young guy sorted out my nails and gave me a colour which was perfect and in only half an hour!!Brilliant service. Will use every time now.

An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish! I normally go to another salon but it's a bit far out so I thought I'd try a more local business (I also needed fitting in pronto for my graduation Friday as my previous set of nails were broken!) They fit me in after a phone call the day previous but looks like I could have walked in anyways!The prices are in line with the quality of the nails that they produce, a bit more than I usually pay but the quality of the nails reflects that price 100%!The nail technician that I had was very friendly and polite and made sure that I was happy with my nails between every step and this is much appreciated.Do note that this business is CASH only, just so that you're prepared guys (I was not so made a quick run to the post office around the corner)Thank you so much guys, I will definitely be returning

I had my nails done here two weeks ago and just wanted to wait to see if they lasted before I did a review. They are still all fully in tact and I love them! The lady who did them was so precise and made sure everything was perfect; something my last nail lady didn’t do. I wanted them to be really neat and they are! She did exactly what I asked for, and I will be going back for my infills soon. Thank you!! xx

I came to the salon this afternoon with my partner to get pedicure done. The staffs very friendly and gentle, nice space inside and no one look at my feet, so relaxing and best pedicure ever. Very highly recommended

I had nearly given up on biab until I had mine done today, the quality of the nails is unbelievable. The time taken to prep and perfect each nail was incredible. I can't wait to keep coming and getting different designs and watch my nails grow. I had previous problems at another salon where the biab would lift and snap.Thank you for allowing me to continue my biab journey!!

Been going here for almost a year , I have builder gel and usually quite intricate designs. Last up to 4 weeks , great quality work. Service is amazing and professional. Run by a really lovely couple.If you go make sure to take a design. Mimi is very talented and can recreate most designs. All pics are my nails that have been done here . Definitely recommend! They can do anything !

Lovely staff only issue I've had is that when I booked an appointment I had to wait 30 mins as they were running behind schedule it would have been okay if they rang or texted ahead and advised to come abit later. How ever my appointment slot was still prioritised so I did get seen before anyone else which is good !

Been before left a fab 5 star review but now they are busy the customer care and service seems to have gone out of the window. Had my nails done yesterday and tried to explain that one wasn’t straight at the top nor the shape I requested. The female technician was - that nail is too short. And she left it square whilst the others coffin shape. I am not a nail technician but I’ve had my nails done enough to tell she could have filed it and shaped it more. I told her repeatedly I’d trapped my little finger the nail was fine but just a bit sore - she didn’t care and carried on as normal. Pressing hard in it. She then tried to get me to have I think bio gel when I told her I wanted coloured acrylic. Then her male colleague backed her up saying yeah gel this and that - I then had to explain in front of a busy tiny salon WHY I wanted coloured acrylic. So in the end it turns out they don’t have much coloured acrylic hence why they were pushing something else. Although non appointment sat for 2 hours an hour of this waiting. They don’t speak to customers to give them a rough wait time and could have started some of our nails off like soaking off old nails, in order to speed up the process. Safety is an issue they don’t have any protective eye wear nor screens. So to round up - I tried to tell the technician I wasn’t happy - she ignored what I said carried on and overall just seemed rushed which compromises the quality of service which I think has happened now they are busier. I won’t be returning.
