Man from this takeaway turned up at our door last night demanding money for a cold and late delivery we refunded legitimately through Uber over a month ago.This man had gone out of his way to find our address turn up and scream awful words at us while we told him what he’s doing is scary and incredibly unprofessional if not illegal.Police have been involved and Uber have also phoned the police to investigate.This has happened to other people too. Do not order.

Do not order from here if you want to eat on the same day!Ordered food on a quiet Wednesday night at 9.30pm. It didn't actually arrive until well after midnight, every time I called I was fobbed off with another excuse and promised it would be there soon, it actually arrived well after the restaurant closed so there was no way to get in touch in the last hours wait. When the food did arrive it was freezing cold and mushy. From other reviews it seems this is a very very poor and badly run restaurant, there are plenty other brilliant options in Newcastle, do not waste your money and time here.

Worst takeaway experience I have ever had.The driver who dropped off the food was rude because I accidentally forgot to put a number on the address and he tried ringing me, only twice. Then had a go when we were at the door, asking for more money and we kept apologising because I actually felt bad and he just kept going off it.Then when I got into the food was the deadest food ever, had nothing going for it. The rice tasted bland, were definitely frozen chips, all the chicken tasted the same and the icing on the cake was the feather IN the batter. Absolutely 0 attention to detail in the chicken. This is obviously the restaurants fault as you can see the feather INSIDE of the batter. Completely disgraceful experience and will never order from here again.

I love this place. Open til late and consistently nice. Staff are amazing and very accommodating, lass behind the counter/on the phone is class. Drivers are A* . No problems with substitutions or changes to set meals or munch boxes. Reasonable prices. One of the only places left that are doing 'real' prawn crackers instead of those inch thick factory cooked ones.

This is the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. It came on time and the driver was lovely - but those are the only good things I have to say. The food was lukewarm, the sweet and sour sauce tasted like pure vinegar, the chicken was so dry and over cooked, the prawn toast was soggy. Even the prawn crackers were just bad. But the worst thing about it was the amount of hair in the chicken wings. Disgusting, they look like they’d been dropped on the floor of a barber shop. So disappointed.

Ordered a munch box from Uber eats. It was delivered quicker than expected (around 35mins from ordering) and was very hot and tasty. Would recommend.
