Beautiful, kind caring people. A stark contrast to the first funeral directors I tried. Charlotte and Mel could not do enough for myself and my son. They looked after my son wonderfully and made this horrible time a lot easier for me. I will always remain incredibly grateful to these lovely people. Thank you so much.

Nc funeral directors have been nothing but AMAZING.From the moment we walked through the door and met Charlotte for the first time, her character just warmed us.Nothing was too much for her to sort out even though there was last minuet decisions made, she and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to give my Nan the best care and I would recommend this funeral home for anyone!Charlotte did my Nan up and made her look so beautiful to the point my mum and grandad was having cremation for my Nan but after seeing how beautiful she looked we just couldn’t go through with that and wanted to leave her just as she was.The care my Nan has been given from NC funeral directors was exceptional & it made me cry just to know how well she had been looked after and how much care was taken with the smallest of touches.Charlotte and the team have made what could have been a dreadful experience so much nicer by the warmth they show and the care they give right until the end.The little touches mean so much.Such nice caring genuine people who you can tell are in the job because they genuinely want to make family’s feel as comforted as possible and that’s very clear to see.I couldn’t have asked for a better person as Charlotte to take care of my Nan like she did and the rest of the team for looking after her as well as they did.It most certainly put alot of warmth in my heart and I think that’s something when a loved one passes away to me that’s got to be one of the most important things, knowing how well they have been cared for afterwords, this company most certainly did thatThank you to you all.X

From first contact found the staff were excellent particularly Debbie to whom nothing was too much, who was kind and whose attention to detail ensured the funeral went so well. Also thanks to Andrew the celebrant, who ensured the service at the crematorium really was an uplifting celebration of my husband's life.I would have no hesitation recommending this funeral directors whose services also come at a competitive price.

I do not have enough positive words to say about how much I appreciate how NC Funeral services have looked after my Mum, Linda Mary Pinder 1943 -2023. Charlotte, has been amazing throughout. What beautiful care you took of my Mum Charlotte, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, your care, compassion and respect, was a part of the memories I will never let go. Ashley, together you make an amazing team. We changed our minds about the day and you did everything to make sure our wishes were followed. We could not have asked for more. The funeral and everything leading upto the funeral was done respectfully. Ashley and his team were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the donations were not given to myself to then take to the named charity.

Very nice and caring people, they ensure you get best service of your needs and they give you a lovely memory box when you collect ashes. So pleased we chose NC funeral directors. Ashley was wonderful, very polite, explained everything so clear and he ensured we got best service we could ask for.

I heard how helpful and accommodating you guys have been making Sure Nan could be buried at last minute as per my Grandads wishes.
