The company should employ a dedicated person to come out to properties and assess faulty products. A faulty tap and plug hole.They are faulty products under warranty and should be dealt with professionally.

I visited here on Sunday with my mum. When we arrived the two people working weren’t helpful at all. Neither of them got up from their desks to see if we needed any help. When we asked for help the gentleman said and I quote ‘well I’m half way through eating my satsuma so she can help’ and pointed to his colleague who still did not get up from here seat. There were two other couples in there at the same time as us who weren’t offered any help either! So much so they asked us when we left if we found the staff helpful. Both of us agreed that there was no customer care at all!!

Very helpful staff and a good selection of bathrooms set out to look at. Bit pricier than some bathroom options but not the most expensive.

probably the worse customer service i have ever seen. Two people there the lady tried to help but seemed really uninterested and the gentlemen (of you can call him that) was rude, horrible and looked pretty annoyed that yet another customer wanted to purchase tiles! he was really unhelpful and when we asked the manager to give us a call they were unresponsive and said “yeah” still waiting. absolutely shocking!

My first negative review in life.These guys bully you. Keep away from them. They need to change name from ‘Easy Bathrooms’ to ‘Bully Bathrooms’. After spending few thousand pounds in this shop, I regret for stepping here in the first place!!Few days ago, we ordered bathroom products and they did a mistake and not ordered a basin. When fitting bathroom , plumber noticed an item was missing. we immediately went to seek a clarification and re-order if required.When asked , staff member J immediately started blaming another staff member M for this error. But in the meantime the manager started intervening and started blaming us for not checking order in the first place. We explained it was a big order and we came straight after plumber noticed item missing. Not sure who made him a manager in the first place. His attitude , arrogance , lack of respect to customers the list goes on….. Shocked that someone can behave in most disrespectful way with customer.It’s shocking to see these guys are in business. I purchased missed product and second bathroom products from other supplier.I should have smelled the coffee when the staff were uninterested when we first went to place order few days ago. Shame I didn’t look at online reviews too before shopping, lesson learnt.I decided to post the review to standup against their BULLYING, raised a complaint with their head office.Please stay away from this business if you like to protect your dignity & self respect.

The showroom is lovely. But they have one computer for multiple staff (who are to each to their own and won’t work together). We spent hours designing multiple bathrooms for our project and we were happy with the designs. Building took longer than expected which we were very open about. When we called in, the designs had been deleted but there was no empathy at all. We were told that they are commission based and they didn’t want to be wasting their time. Its all about commission and no care whatsoever. Really disappointed and upset. No loyalty here.

WARNING.!! Im a local builder. and have used Easy Bathrooms twice now each time parts are badly damaged and they will not replace items.. STAY AWAY... !!

Really nice bathroom options. Their website is pretty comprehensive but you can also pick up a 300 page catalog in the shop with just about everything imaginable.

Well it's everything you would expect and then a load more two floors of bathroom heaven if you can't find what you need in here I will be surprised.We spoke to Peter who was so helpful and very knowledgeable about both the product and also materials for example glass sink versas traditional ceramic etc etc the list goes on.If you are thinking of a new bathroom give them a visit you will not be disappointed

Dean gave us options on a variety of tiles and explained the best sizing possibilities. We chose the best to match the colours based on the extensive showroom and ability to compare contrasting tiles. They were also competitively priced and had great discounts available.
