We received a friendly welcome and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Makes such a difference when you're made welcome. The room wasn't as i expected from the web photos but we weren't disappointed. Clean, comfortable with a terrace/balcony. Bottled water in the room too whichwas a lovely addition. There was a small fridge. We ordered a pizza, room service. Good value and quality.We were welcomed in breakfast and the buffet process explained. Everything you'd expect in a quality hotel. We booked for ABBA. The arena was about 15 minute walk. Less than 15 minutes walk to tube and land train (DLR). TESCO express close bye.Couldn't fault it..

Spent a week here in August for a wedding in Bethnal Green.Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast substantial, and plenty of choice. Bed comfortable, air conditioning and shower facilities were very good. There's a lovely terrace to enjoy a drink on. However the beer and spirit selection could be improved.I wouldn't hesitate to return.

For a London Hotel it was good. Lovely staff, great location for ABBA. Room a little stuffy, but breakfast generous. The bar was open, I'm not too sure about the pizza but bottled beer ok. Park nearby, overall good, better than holiday express. Thank you

Good location, 5 minutes walk from Stratford station (buses and metro). And 2 minutes walk to the DLR.friendly staff and easy check in.Room was well equipped, comfy bed, clean bathroom.Delicious breakfast with big variety but little expensive (17£).After checking out, they let me leave my luggage for a whole day. Although it is far from the centre but highly recommended. You can take a bus directly to Stansted airport.

Hotel lovely, staff very friendly. Breakfast nice and plentiful choice.Room was lovely if nit a bit on the small side. Clean and easy walk to Abba arena, shopping centres and train station.Would definitely return.

Spent 4 days in this hotel in November and I enjoyed my stay here.The breakfast is varied and delicious. We booked a suite (Queen Elizabeth)so the room size was OK. Room service is good

I was having dental treatment at Dentaprime. Perfectly located for them in Stratford. I was very impressed with Westbridge - the room was lovely - quite compact but had everything we needed. I was really pleased that there was a fridge - the air con and lighting that can be operated via the TV was really cool. Free wifi deserves a mention to! I hope to stay again soon.

Good hotel, location makes it easy to reach many places in London easily, many connections close. Rooms are good, bed was excellent! For dinner, go somewhere else, that is why I did not give it 5 stars.

The Westbridge Hotel London Stratford
Staff are friendly and welcoming, it was a nice little surprise that the room was decoratedfor my mum'sbirthday. From the outside, the building looks a little tired but inside it's lovely. We went as we were seeing ABBA voyage and the location is great, just a short walk to the theatre and the station even though we drove. Nice choice for breakfast, someone greeted us to explain where everything was and it was all hot.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently(Went to see ABBA ...again).I booked a deluxe room,with balcony. In short my experience was fantastic- Everything was perfect.The staff are so friendly,kind and helpful, and the facilities are spot on-exactly the same as the photos. I loved the balcony; well worth the extra.Plus if you are going to see ABBA,it's a short walk away. Don't miss the breakfast btw.I don't need another excuse to see ABBA, but The Westbridge has given me one. Thanks to all the staff who helped make this stay so enjoyable
