Otter Brewery

Lovely local brewery with superb beers! Unfortunately it is not open to the public but the staff there was very friendly nonetheless and we even could buy some of their cute pint glasses!Hope they expand and make their delicious ales available everywhere!

Friendly place. Working brewery and as said before there isn’t a shop. However, if you pop to the office, they have a menu and you can buy any of their range. They also take card for payments.

Lovely little brewery. Very friendly staff. Helped me with beer selection. Told me I have to leave it to rest for six hours though. Bit sad about that. My timer is set.

Not fully open during these different times but a phone call confirmed that we could go along and buy some beer from the office. A really friendly couple of ladies and forklift truck staff member pointed us in the right direction. Also giving us directions to avoid the narrowest of lanes to go back to our holiday destination. We can't wait to return when hopefully the shop and tours are back to normal.

Delicious beer from a brewery in a beautiful setting in the heart of the Blackdowns. Highly recommend a visit and a ‘pup’.

Just had the most excellent evening at Otter Brewery at their evening brewery tour. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Five and a half pints of truly excellent pale ale, a meal of chicken, labneh, salad, and garlic bread followed by 5 flavours of excellent ice cream and a cheese board and all for less than £30.00. A very informative tour and truly exceptional value.

Otter Brewery came out at short notice so we could provide beer for our open day and the company were so helpful! What a lovely company. Patrick came to see us to advise how to clean our keg lines and was absolutely delightful, patient and friendly. Thank you!

I recently enjoyed a tour of the brewery and I REALLY enjoyed it, if you are offered the chance - go for it!We were greeted by Tor and Patrick and honestly, I felt so welcome! Like I was an old friend who had known fhem for years yet we had just met for the first time.My tour was conducted by Keith, the Head Brewer and it was fascinating. Afterwards we enjoyed a wonderful meal prepared by Tor and it was a lovely evening, we didn't want it to end.Please support Otter Brewery and enjoy their excellent beer. If you have the oppotunity to tour the brewery, please take it because the tickets are like gold dust!Otter Beer is the best you can buy, 100% genuine recommendation.

I've never been to the brewery itself, but as my husband is really into trying different real ales, I ordered a mixed box of beer and a t-shirt for Valentine's Day. I received the items separately-the beer 5 days after ordering, the t-shirt 6 days after (on the 15th Feb). I was pleased to get free delivery, but delivery itself could have been quicker.
