I had a 0.9cm Morton Neuroma between 3rd and 4th toes and was naturally anxious about having cryosurgery, but I have to say I needn't have been. The procedure wasn't painful (just a little uncomfortable).I healex quickly with no pain.At the 5th week after my procedure I had some slight residual tenderness under the arch of my foot, which I was advised could happen for a few months. After 8 months I had my follow up scan and the neuroma has gone. Ive a small bursa instead now which is causing me a bit of discomfort but that's nothing to do with the procedure. One happy customer!

Awful customer service. They are only interested in taking your money. Be careful if you try and cancel your visit within 2 weeks of your appointment date as they will keep your £100 deposit and refuse you a refund.

After years of not being able to walk properly I finally had enough.I went to my local GP and got referred to hospital, had some appointments and scans. I was left with the options of1. Keep living with limited mobility and lots of pain2. Remove the nerves in my footI wasn’t feeling either of these options so started to investigate my options going private. This is when I found the Barn Clinic, I had a consultation and scan, the results showed that I actually had the full house" of neuromas

I was prescribed orthotics here in 2007 for a minor problem and it only made things worse. I've was not able to run without pain since.

I attended the Barn Clinic in Sheffield yesterday afternoon for my consultation and today for my treatment.I had travelled from Glasgow by train. The clinic reception were very welcoming and I felt at ease very quickly.I had opted to have a 5 minute call with Mr Weaver in September so I felt comfortable meeting him as he had already answered some questions. I had also watched the online video about the clinic. My ultrasound yesterday showed neuromas and bursitis in both 2/3rd metatarsal spaces. I have webbed toes on both feet, so i was concerned this would make it more difficult to identify. However, Mr Weaver identified and located them immediately.I had my cryosurgery on both feet today. It was a little more intense than I was expecting, but Mr Weaver was fantastic and did everything to put me at ease and took his time.I travelled home to Scotland by train later that day.I'm a little sore now, but my feet are well dressed and the aftercare pack and information given by both Mr Weaver and reception on the recovery process was very helpful.Mr Weaver also gave me some recommendations on trainers for when I finally get back to running. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and made my visit very comfortable.I now just have the wait to see how things are during recovery.I would very much recommend the Barn clinic.Sam MacCuish

I Had treatment for my plantar fasciitis at the Sheffield clinic, I am a farmer of 54 years old, whose hobbies include walking by that I mean walking up mountains, & I had been suffering for quite sometime. Having looked at various options I had my treatment with a gentleman named Robin Weaver at The Barn Clinic at the Sheffield clinic, I can only say from start to finish was outstanding and I’m beyond grateful.

A big shout out to Robin and The Barn Clinic.I had suffered with a Morton’s Neuroma for a few years, steadily becoming less active as it hurt so much to even walk.My foot specialist wanted to surgically remove the neuroma but agreed there was a risk of nerve stump re- growth. After a bit of research I gathered that cryosurgery could be a better solution and found that The Barn Clinic had the most experience of undertaking this procedure.I admit I was nervous but called the clinic and they sent me a lot of information about their service.I finally went ahead with the initial consultation and the procedure last November.Robin is a super guy and made me feel totally at ease. I also took a friend along for support. The whole thing - including recovery was virtually pain free - once the anaesthetic started working. After a week or so I could walk with less pain than previously and gradually this has improved much further.I can run around the park now, walk the mile or so to the gym with ease and dance the night away. I love disco dancing! I often walk 24,000 steps per day.Im delighted I found The Barn Clinic. It’s wonderful. Try it.I recommend The Barn Clinic to anyone I know with Morton’s Neuroma. I don’t have one anymore. My follow up scan proved it!Result!!

I had an amazing experience with the Barn Clinic. I booked in to get an ingrowing nail removed, they had plenty of availability and the podiatrist was very friendly. The whole experience was lovely and they worked hard to ensure I was happy and comfortable. They even gave me a check up appointment a week later to ensure the toe was healing okay. Highly recommend!

I paid £2,850 for Cryosurgery on both feet at The Barn Clinic, which has left me with additional chronic pain 6 months after the procedure in both feet for morton's neuroma and Bursitis so do not recommend
