Paid £97 to have wedding dress dry cleaned-came back with note attached alleging could not remove all marks-why? The marks were only dirt,not oil. Paid £20+ to have “mother of the bride” dress cleaned-came back with marks still present-no explanation why. Shocking service,would definitely not use this service again
