I'm sure an isolated experience but we waited for 20 minutes yesterday on New Year's Day just to pay for two bottles of drinks. There were only two members of staff but this just wasn't good enough. People were walking in and leaving as they could see how slow the service was. Perhaps they need a better system with one member of staff taking orders and payment and another preparing the food and drink if there are only two people working. The smoothies were good which adds an extra star to my 1* review (however they aren't freshly made on site!)

Top place. I'm not sure if this was my first visit as I'm usually found 2 or 3 doors down but that place wasn't open on Boxing Day.Staff and service were excellent in spite of a rush immediately after the group I was with ordered. Coffee and pastries were excellent and it was topped off by customers on the next table with a beautifully behaved and friendly cockerpoo. Richmond is a good place if you're human or canine.

The food is OK . The service is awful. the staff looks like they are being abused looking fed up and tired when the day has just started . One of the two’s was so agressive and literally shouted at me twice along with her angry little eyes. Had I replied to her in the same manner I think she would of punched me. I was just trying to have a chill breakfast on my birthday. But I guess that’s too much to ask at this place. Owner : your staff looks miserable , unhappy and paralysed in a coffee shop that clearly don’t care about them. Never encountered this level of customer services and generally that’s the owner fault . It reflects badly in your business so you might change your way or your staff . I would put zero stars if I could

Pleasant, low key atmosphere and very polite staff. Two big pluses, they open at six AM, which is earlier than most cafes around here and they serve illy coffee. This is a great place to sit and read and drink coffee. There are also a couple of tables outside under an awning on a street without too much traffic.

First time I came here the welcome was absolutely poor. They wasn’t concerned about service and boarder line rude.My partner persuaded me to give it a second chance. The welcome was nice this time…Only to get home with a takeaway ham and cheese croissant burnt! My autistic partner was unable to eat it and it frustrated her to the point that she was unable to eat at all.We could smell the burning, but considering that the person serving was on her phone we assumed that it was crumb’s left in the toaster and was normal. She must of seen how bad it was when putting it in a bag and wrapping it. Still, she served it anyway!! With a smile?! Stupid.

I recently ordered a birthday cake and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing it was. The cake was beautifully decorated and the flavor was incredible. The cake was moist and fluffy, and the frosting was rich and creamy. I could tell that the cake was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients

Today Sunday 8th Oct ..The food was just OK , I agree with the other reviews, the staff were so rude and had that cant be bothered attitude and looked thoroughly miserable, I visit the branch in Teddington regularly and the staff very nice couldn't be more helpful ..
