Called in 8th Dec afyer daughters theory test. Pleasant friendly lady took our order, lots was due to come out of oven. Was waiting on sausage roll and pepperoni pizza. She went on break ( I presume?) Young lad called Elliott took over, wow, he's brilliant, such a natural, very efficient with great customer service, smilies, happy, checked what everyone was waiting for. Apologised for the oven wait. Dashed about fetching things out of oven in-between serving others.It got busier but he handled it so well, honestly I've never seen anyone better working in greggs. So thank you Elliott for brightening up my day. Wish I worked with you

Excellent customer service, originally the pizzas which I bought were slightly cold so I let the staff member know. Not only did he give me a fresh few slices of pizza he also gave me a free hot drink. It was excellent customer service and I was very pleased. I will definitely be returning!

This was the 4 th time I’ve called into this store at lunchtime 12.45To find the shop with no steak slices or hot sausage rolls, no hot food in the hot shelf’s . Not had soup in for weeks now and the sandwich shelf’s and cake shelf nearly empty. I counted only 4 cakes…..Come on sort it out!!!! your losing out on customers.
