Ian turned out in literally 15 minutes to dismantle our gas fire to help me rescue a pigeon that had somehow fallen down our chimney. Serviced the fire and removed half a bucket of dirt/soot from the back of the flue while he was there! Fantastic service and even the pigeon seemed happy!! :-)

Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Just had Ian round to fit new central heating pump. What brilliant service. Rang him at 11am and by 4pm had what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare job finished. We now have radiators that have never worked properly before working perfectly and all for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend and will use nobody else in future. Five star performance.
