Very fast and reliable at all times when needed and sometimes short notice but always goes above and beyond to sort out the food we need for the dogs!

Outstanding on every level!! Coco is a staffy and a VERY strong chewer. No treat box or toy was anywhere near durable.Becky showed me the large Natural treat box which comes with absolutely everything you could imagine!Natural and it keeps her busy! I won’t use anywhere else from now on!

Becky has been an absolute star, rented a whelping pen but Becky has been a full on support through labour of the pups, weaning and just general day to day care. Couldn’t recommend enough wish there were more Becky’s in the world

I contacted Becky when my nervous anxious cocker spaniel needed some training. She was my first dog and I had re-homed her, so was a little unsure what I was doing and just wanted the best for her. After only a couple of sessions , she was so much more confident and you could just see how much she adored seeing Becky. We quickly moved her to the group walks and she just loves it. She shakes and screams with excitement when she sees Becky turn up and doesn't want to leave when it's time to come home. Becky is kind, loving and wonderful with our dog. You can see she genuinely loves her and loves the work she does. I would recommend her to anyone. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars isn't enough. Wish I could rate her higher. Kirsty

Daisy loves her treats from The Natural Pet Company, she has dried chicken necks, raw marrow bones and salmon oil to add to her food. All of the products are exceptional quality and I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Daisy gives 5 Woofs ❤️

We had Becky for an over night visit for our two dachshunds for our wedding. She came multiple times to come and meet our boys. We were a little apprehensive at the start as one of the boys isn’t great with new people and can be very stand offish! Becky came in and was amazing with them. Our boys settled down after 5 minutes and she put them completely at ease.She sent us pictures and videos on our wedding day of the boys and how they were! I couldn’t recommend her enough. We buy our giant breads raw food from here every month. There is always a great selection online suiting all price ranges.The best thing is there is a human at the other end that will be in contact if we change our mind or need something else.We live in Surrey and Becca always makes sure our order gets here in good time.We would highly recommend!
