Hi All,I dont normally write reviews but i felt that my experience with Mainline deserved a decent review.In April 2023 i decided that i needed to go looking for a car.After looking at all the normal dealerships, all cars were out of my budget.I then decided to go with a local dealership, seeing this was a bit of a gamble, as many people i know have had problems with car dealers.Neverless after looking at a few different dealers I bought a Ford Mondeo from mainline, and although it was pretty solid car, it had a few minor issues throughout the months.Ben at Mainline always answered the call and got the car into the workshop within the next week.I was really impressed with this service, and would recommend any of my friends to buy a car from mainline

Drove down on Saturday quite a way to pick up a reserved car and part exchange. Guys were all straight forward, honest and reliable with no pressure, and car had been prepped ready to roll after a test drive.Cars been great so far!Happily use again and recommend to anyone!

Very helpful team, we recieved a good trade in price for our old car. A very straightforward process to get the new car which was immaculate on receipt. Thanks Ben for everything.

Had my car for literally 1 hour my seat belt mechanism went & drove down spoke to one of their colleagues, he ordered me a new part free & will install under my warranty. Don’t know exact names of staff but worked with 2 of their lads & were so helpful on my taxing of my car & also what to do if any things should happen. Also recommending using their service for parts as in their experience you’d pay more using an outside garage as supposed to theirs. All in all I would rate this as 6 star (only 5 is available)

Excellent customer service - very friendly and helpful, down-to-earth guys - no pressure, no confusing jargon! They ensured all our questions were answered as well as explaining and demonstrating everything we needed to know about the car we bought. They had impressive knowledge of individual cars, but didn't bombard us with any sales pitch, Highly recommended!

I bought a car here and after 1 year I sold it to the same place because I was going to go out of the country. I had no problems either when buying or selling. They helped me a lot in every matter. If you are thinking of buying a car here, do not hesitate to trust. As a result, I used the vehicle I bought for 1 year without any problems, and when I sold it, they gave me the best price again.

First time buying a used car and would definitely recommend Mainline to anyone. Dealt with a pleasent bloke called Ben who was very friendly and knowledgeable. No sales pressure and great that you are allowed to test drive the car on your own and a warranty is already included in the price.Had the car just over a month now with no issues at all other than a tyre pressure light which was a quick fix and a nice feature now I have upgraded to a more modern car.
