Hogganfield Loch Care Home

Mum has been much happier here ever since she moved. With a lovely room overlooking the Loch, the staff have always been friendly and attentive, and Mum has been well-looked after. Much recommended.

Poor living conditions, faeces on the carpet and radiator. People left unattended. Former resident’s clothes still in the room. Profile bed did not work. Loose wires hanging from the ceiling. The smell in the air you could cut with a knife, very unpleasant. I feel sad for the people left to live in this environment. Local government should be informed of these conditions and invited to stay for a night. I would give zero stars but google requires one to accept the review. (7/1/2018)
