Superstar Speakers Memorabilia

Went to an event in Nottingham where the host made derogatory and racist comments. I emailed about the incident and got told that I would be emailed back within 48hrs, its been 5 years. Disgusting.

Was after a Signed Manchester United for my Fiancé and not only did they they have a fantastic selection they were able to show me the item being signed on video footage which was great. Fantastic Customer Service throughout and even got free tickets to see Ryan Giggs. Cant wait

Where do I start? Let me firstly say that whilst the memorabilia looks really good you should avoid their events at all cost. We went to see the Arsenal Legends show in Northampton. What was it. An excuse to sell memorabilia and have continued auctions. We arrived at 6.30pm and left at 10.30pm and the four Arsenal legends were on stage for a total time of around an hour. There was more time given for selling and auctioning the merchandise. I have been to many of these events and this was by far and away the worst event we have ever been to. As an added issue this show was rescheduled due to Covid 4/5 times and one of our party could not attend and no refund was offered. Could have gone to court but for £50 was not worth it. If you want to go to a memorabilia auction and pay more than you would on line for the items go and pay your £50. If you want £50 of value at a speaking event give this a swerve.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Superstar Speakers have yet to refund my much needed ticket money after they cancelled an event in October. I’ve made repeated attempts to contact them by various means, none of which elicited a response. Very disappointed indeed.

I had a very disappointing evening at an Arsenal Legends event in Northampton hosted by Superstar Speakers.co.uk.The four Arsenal legends at the event were both welcoming and friendly but my issue was how little time they spent on stage. We were at the event for almost 3.5 hours of which we only saw the legends for 1 hour.We were told to arrive at 7pm for a photo with the legends. This started at about 7.30pm and by the time it was completed it was almost 8.30pm before the legends came on stage. After just 45 minutes they went off for an interval which I expected would be for a typical 15 minutes but instead was for 40 minutes in which time Superstar Speakers held an auction of Arsenal memorabilia.Finally the legends returned at 9.55pm, answered one question each and departed from the stage 15 minutes later at 10.10pm after which a raffle was held.In truth this event seemed to be more about Superstar Speakers auctioning off memorabilia than what it was advertised as, which was a night we would spend hearing the legends giving us some insight on their time at Arsenal.Their were 6 people in my party and all of us said we would not attend another of these events hosted by Superstar Speakers

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT BOOK WITH!!!I have requested a refund 4 times now for an event that was rescheduled to a date we couldn't make. The event has now happened and I still haven't received my refund of £100. I have left numerous messages with Adam and have been told each time that 'Jamie' will be in touch to arrange the refund, but nothing! Terrible customer service not to mention fraud.
