I was thinking I'd have to buy a new electric bike as my Hopper bike was 9 years old and had a couple of problems but I took it to the Cycle Doctor and he was able to fit a new battery and correct the other fault for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend him, really nice guy.

Andy was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He instructed me in the use of the electric bike I bought from him. Checked it was all working by riding it himself and I had two rides around. It was great because he made me feel comfortable and not worried about it. He also reassured me that if here were any problems I could call him. Great service. I would definately use the Bike Doctor shop again.

Walked in with broken gearing with about 50 mins to closing.Expected to pick up next day, 30 mins later after a quick pint across Rd had new deraligh on.some sound advice for free. Friendly helpful place and the price supply n fitted was fantastic price. #repeatcustom

I arrived there because my gear was making some noise, and my seat was slightly shifting. After an hour, I returned to pick it up, and he informed me that he had fixed my gear, seat, and front brake. However, upon leaving the store, I noticed my bike was still making the same noise. He mentioned that the chain might be too big, causing the issue. Upon reaching home, I discovered that my gear was coming lose and had to fix it on my own. The price is thievery!

Amazing service dropped grandsons bike off this morning just after ten in a poor state needed bike chain, derailleur, new tyre , wheel alignment all sorted by 1pm everything fitted, tuned up gears, as good as a new bike, £90. Thank you so much for excellent service

Fantastic, speedy service and friendly professional advice in getting the brakes fixed on my e-bike.Had been going to another bike shop but I was sick of poor service from condescending staff… Andy here at Bike Doctor was a breath of fresh air.Will be going back if needed and will be advising my friends who bike to do the same.

This shop is a complete rip offCharged me 150 for soldering a wire and putting front brake block on.Also said serviced it. No bill or receipt is shady.. I left and chain came off 4 times on way home, wheels are lobsided and it creaking everywhere. Called him said he's busy. But my bikes a mess now and I don't want it making worse and been charged again. I would not trust this man to repair a supermarket trolly.
