Royston Station Car Park

Rubbish web site - trying to log in or set up a profile takes longer than buying a ticket at the station or doesn't even work!

Crazy expensive and be careful - you are on ANPR cameras -- it is easy to get a ticket just waiting to collect someone.

Tried to book a parking space one month in advance on a Saturday with APCOA to be told no pre book spaces left which is 3% of capacity. Total waste of time.

Parked my car at Royston station, paid for the parking ticket and when I shut the door of my car the ticket flipped over. Received a penalty fine for £124 plus £4.22 surcharge. When I complained they told me to use a different car park if I did not like their terms. Appalling customer care!

9 quid a day.

Can someone please tell me how I can pay. I picked someone up this morning, I am fairly sure I was within the 20 minutes free - most of which was spent looking for the pay station which the notice said was there, but want to check. No machine, no way to phone or email NCP, no way to make contact or pay. Not got App or able to use QR code.Perhaps everything is made so difficult so they can hit people with a penalty.
