Richard was very communicative and explained things very clearly - a lot of the mortgage lingo goes over my head and Richard was sure to make sure I understood each step. When I had problems with the solicitors provided by the bank he was still on hand to help. I'd totally recommend Richard, and it was nice to use a local person to help who had an understanding of the area.
