From start to finish our experience with Ivan Simpson Bathrooms and Kitchens was a breeze. We dealt mainly with David and he made us feel comfortable and confident with all aspects aspects of remodelling our kitchen to make it more accessible for both of us, especially for my wheelchair. They gave us ideas that we may not have considered and advised when they thought something may not work. They helped to give solutions to my accessibility needs and were experienced in helping people, especially those with disabilities, to get a stylish yet functional room.They advised us on which products to buy and if they did not sell a suitable product they would advise on which products to buy ourselves.From design process to fitting to the final product the whole experience was relatively stressfree.The kitchen fitters were helpful, friendly, good at their jobs and respectful of our needs.There were no delays and any complications were dealt with quickly and efficiently.We cannot recommend this company highly enough for all of your bathroom and kitchen needs.Great quality, great prices and a great experience from start to finish. This was a major project involving a single storey extension and the creation of a large open plan space to include a kitchen, dining area and TV area. Ivan Simpson supplied and fitted our new kitchen as well as the utility room and porcelain floor tiles to the open plan space, utility room and hallway.The Pronorm Y Line kitchen with appliances by Siemens, Bora, Quooker and Caple we selected from Ivan Simpson is of the highest quality and has become the new heart of our home. We started the kitchen design process with David nine months prior to the extension build starting in order to ensure that the kitchen and all other elements of the project were in harmony. He was extremely helpful (and patient) as we went through numerous iterations of the design (there can sometimes be too many options!) He arranged for us to visit the factory where our Corian work surfaces were to be made to see our chosen design on a large scale.During the extension build, David visited site several times to keep tabs on progress, make precise measurements of the as-built room and advise on important factors such as the drying time for our floor screed and how that would impact the tiling timing. During the kitchen installation, David was on site multiple times - he actually helped Steve the fitter to unbox all the units on the day of delivery! We have never experienced such attentive support from the kitchen designer as this during any of our previous kitchen installations. This made a huge difference during a large and complicated project, knowing that David was there to help us through the whole process from design to installation.We couldn’t recommend Ivan Simpson highly enough.
