Colin Jack at ACC has given me excellent financial advice always and especially over the past difficult year.He is very professional but explains everything to me in terms I understand.I know I can message or phone him anytime to ask for advise and he will update me with anything I need to know.I feel my money is safe and secure because of Colin and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Customer service is terrible for the fees you pay. No yearly review to discuss your needs. I joined when I was 28 with the same goals I have now and when I questioned a number of issues at the age of 32 was told that at my young age maybe my needs had changed. So queried that I had been mis sold if at a younger age the advice I was given was wrong. They were unable to estimate my cumulative costs, something that all banks do on their websites for free.

We needed to set up a couple of SIPPs and purchase a property using them. Qasim was very professional throughout and absolutely spot on with the service provided from beginning to end. He was completely in tune with our requirements and never let us down. Our needs were always given prominence and his advice was well informed and accurate. An absolute pleasure to deal with, as the complex process was made to feel easy with his guidance. Not usually one to leave a review but Qasim's hard work certainly merits a 5 star review.
