The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are always clean, lovely, equipped with air conditioning/temperature control. The bathroom was nice, the best part the shower and complimentary shower gel. The only issue we came across was the toilet as it did take a while to flush, apart from that everything was good, for a great price as well.

Stayed on a Tuesday night for a work trip. Room was comfortable, shower was good and check in was easy. Unfortunately the level of noise from other guests was considerable. It seems the hotel is being used a emergency accommodation, this is a good thing but be prepared for blazing rows, screaming children and the halls being used as a playground. Overall you just feel for the kids who haven't any other choice.

It's a box with a TV with very few working channels and a bed with barely there Pillows and quilt. There is a hook and one hanger for clothes thats it. No chair nothing. The bathroom was fine. Don't get a front facing window room. There was a club banging music till 3.30am and it was so loud. The windows a rubbish. And this was a Tuesday night. I would describe it as very basic low budget.

The staff and receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was always clean, lovely, equipped with air conditioning/temperature control. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. The best part the was shower and complimentary shower gel. I really recommend anyone want to stay in this lovely hotel!

The young girl on reception, I think she's called shabs?? Is great, so funny and welcoming and nothing at all is a bother for her. The rooms were nice clean and the location is just great. The girl went above and beyond to help me with directions to a place I wasn't sure about. Thank you very much

First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised after having read some of the more negative reviews. Receptionists (didn't get their names) were very friendly, and quick to help when one of the key cards didn't work. The room was clean and comfortable, was pleased to see that soap and towels were provided.There was a decent enough tv in the room (not a smart TV but it worked), and the mattress was comfortable enough. Would've been great to have more than two pillows on the double bed as they were quite thin and I had to fold it over to be comfortable.Based on this experience I'd be happy to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to sleep. Given the cost of staying here you can't expect to have all of the amenities offered in a more expensive hotel so as long as you don't expect too much you'll not be disappointed.
