I've been using Outrams for MOTs and services for around 20 years. Great service and completely trustworthy. I recently had a problem with my car not starting and despite the fact that I knew they were extremely busy they came out, took my car away and I had it back the same day. No hesitation in highly recommending them.

I took my Vauxhall Meriva car into Outram's Garage (North Shields branch) for a service after quotes from other garages were very high considering the little work they would do on the car for the prices quoted.Discussed my minor concerns with how the car was driving with the main mechanic Scott and the Manager Alan Whiteman and my car was then booked in and the service was completed that same day!Their price for a full, detailed service was less than the cost of only a standard" service at other local garages.Once completed

My car wouldn’t start one morning Rang Outrams Garage and they sent someone out within an hour and got my car started so I could get to work (it was a flat battery) Only charged £30 which I thought was very reasonable considering it was between Christmas and New Year week Thanks Will definitely be back
