Complete Dental Care - Glasgow

This is a very over due review! I’ve been attending complete dental care for the past couple of years now and the service I’ve had each time is excellent. I had reveal clear aligners and after a small hiccup (due to my teeth being stubborn) I had a fixed brace fitted then my final aligners and they completely changed my smile and confidence! Dr Hassan Ali is an Amazing orthodontist. This is a great practice and all staff I have ever dealt with have been lovely. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Friendly staff made you feel at ease. Julie the dentist explained everything and made me feel totally relaxed. My procedure was completely pain free. Highly recommend this practice.

Care was great and dental work to Julia Baldwin and staff were great and very pleasant and helpful and gentle for someone like me that is scared of the dentist they made it relaxing as they could would recommend this dentist

AVOID THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH!In 2018 Dr Kaly Jaffrey replaced an amalgam with a white filling in a molar. Within a fortnight of the procedure I experienced horrendous pain and reported this to the practice. At each visit I was assured it was just sensitivity and this was normal with white fillings.Months of agony passed, culminating in being unable to eat on the affected side. Later it transpired I had a horrific abscess that the dentist failed to detect. Subsequently I had to endure the most harrowing root treatment. After this, I again reported pain but was told once more it was sensitivity.I’ve routinely reported intense pain in the treated tooth and have consistently been fobbed off. After 5 years of pain, it has been discovered that only two roots have been fully treated and the tooth should have been crowned instead of filled with a white filling. The NHS are now washing their hands of Kaly’s ineptitude and I have the privilege of paying £3500 to have the root treatment redone and a crown fitted to save my tooth.Thankfully this dentist no long practices actual dentistry but my dealings with Complete Dental have been disappointing to say the least.

I can definitely recommend Dr Omar Iqbal. It is quite possible that he is the nicest most calm natured dentist that I have ever met. He is exceptional at explaining processes/procedures fully and answering questions with certainty and clarity. This skill set is invaluable to anyone who suffers from dental anxiety.

After months of being without a Dentist, I finally managed to register here. It has been a great practice so far - good availability regarding appointments, good dental work, and kind and friendly staff.

I went private to get some work done and the whole experience was great. I have not had great experiences with dentists but Julie and her team were so lovely and patient. I would recommend this dentist and its workers.

Had an extraction and a filling. Later I got a replacement filling and everything was much easier than I expected it to be. I was very concerned about getting my tooth pulled, but it was really no problem for the dentist and me.

A really great practice. They'll get you an appointment in a good time frame, and always have emergency slots if required. Admin team friendly and helpful, dental team professional and warm and get the job done. I've had a variety of treatments here, happy with every single one. I've heard some (most likely sexist) people say that women dentists can't do extractions. Load of guano. My dentist can get a hooked wisdom tooth out so fast your head would spin. And will check your pain threshold and adjust accordingly to keep you comfortable throughout. I've moved from the area and still go back because finally I've found a dental team I like, trust and can actually get a hold of when I need them. Best in the area for sure.

If there was a 0 star rating I would have taken that option. 1st off, it took over 25 mins to get a consultation appointment. This is AFTER you go through the process of a 'phone consultation' disguised as a way to work out credit arrangements.. I then paid £50 to secure a face to face consultation which I was told would be taken off my treatment... never was it stated that you DONT get your deposit back if you decide not to go ahead. In my case the dentist decided he wouldn't go ahead with my cosmetic treatment request. Not sure why as his was the 3rd consultation I attended to get an idea of which dentist to go with, I was given flimsy reasons, whereas all the other consultations I had, had no problem with going ahead. They want you to buy a whole dental package, hygienist, retainers etc were all mentioned as seperate purchases. If you're not worth a certain amount of money via treatment charges you're not worth their time. Very dismissive team.
