Always used Timpsons as they do a great job and service but yesterday I was blown away by his random act of kindness to my daughter who was getting her bracelet engraved. Thoroughly recommend them!

A fantastic local service. We usually use the photograph printing service and have never been disappointed. The staff are always helpful.

Very poor service.Put suit in for dry cleaning, was told it would be ready the following Saturday and I would receive a text requesting I collect the suit. Text never received, phoned Timpsons, they stated delivery times had been changed. I needed the suit for the Saturday, never received until the following Tuesday. Paid £21 and feel really let down by Timpsons. Would of gave 0 stars but suit was cleaned when I collected it

I won't be going back, over priced , refused to cut 2 classic car keys from blanks I supplied , company policy apparently. Got them done for 2 quid at a local hardware shop . He also charged me 21 quid for cutting a new type Yale front door key . I know blank keys cost a quid maximum, 20 quid for 2 minutes work, never again

A great and lovely man runs the shop, very kind and talked us through everything when buying a replacement car key after ours had issues. Prices were much better than elsewhere.
